Technical problems with the ET1 online submission service

Over the course of the past few weeks, there have been a great deal of issues with the online submission of claims to the Employment Tribunal.

After contacting the customer contact centre of the England or Wales Employment Tribunal at 0300 323 0196, we informed them that we have been attempting to submit um ET1s, which is a service that assists individuals in submitting ET1s online, for a number of weeks now, and that we are experiencing some kind of technical issues with the ET1 online submission service.

”I am truly sorry to inform you that there is no technical assistance available for that website; therefore, if you are experiencing any problems, you will need to send us a copy of the problem.”

In the event that you have been unable to make use of the online service, would you be able to initiate claims with the Employment Tribunal? It is not the address that is currently available online; this has been updated.
