What is a Employment Law Document Review?

  1. 60 Minutes Document Review and Preparation of List of Documents for Exchange.

PURPOSE

A document review has two functions. The first step is to determine whether internal papers are relevant to a particular case, from which a good understanding of success can be identified. The second is for preparing a list of documents for litigation exchange. In order words preparing the documents you rely on to prove your case.

The service

You will be provided with a legal coach who can do an in-depth, professional legal assessment of the papers that you provide or answer the question you have. If you have chosen Employment Law UK to review your documents, you will engage in a conversation with the coach over the phone for 30 minutes to go over the following topics:

  • How probable it is that your possible case will be successful and how much you could be rewarded based on the allegations that have been made and the evidence that backs them up.

  • A discussion of settlement and what you could seek as a settlement amount a plan to maximise the possibility that your claims succeed recommendations for which claims to go forward to maximise your chances of victory in the tribunal.

  • After your call, you may begin the process of filing your ET1 and initiating a claim with the Tribunal and may need help with fine tuning your ET1 to include things you have missed.

‍How It Works

You will be required to provide papers such as a claim form, any grievance raised with outcome or appeal, a letter of disciplinary, a detailed chronology of events, and other such things. Your evaluation of the merits of the position will be built on the basis of these materials. Your evaluation will be seen as more helpful and informative if you can include further clarity and specificity.

HOW TO BOOK
