Draft ET3 and Grounds of Resistance

Do you need to defend an Employment Tribunal claim? Your first reply to the ET1 will serve as the foundation of your defence, notwithstanding the fact that you will have the opportunity to provide witness statements. If you are an employer that has received an ET1, we can help you with creating a defence and draft a Grounds of Resistance.

The fees of solicitors are high and these legal costs you incur are not recoverable because costs are rarely awarded in employment tribunal. Getting access to good advice does not have to be expensive it should be straightforward and honest that will resolve your problem. We can also help you finalise the response to the ET1 by filling out the ET3 Response Form with a good Grounds of Resistance.

HOW IT WORKS?

You will have a 60 minutes consultation to be used as you go through the Tribunal stages. You will have a Tribunal Coach who will serve as your primary point of contact and can assist you with:

  • Case strategy – we can discuss your claims and the facts to choose what to emphasise;

  • Procedure - Answering procedural inquiries, such as "How do I prepare for my Preliminary Hearing?

  • Tactics - Assistance in deciding how to handle incoming letters/documents;

  • Forms - Drafting of ET3 Form;

  • Defence - Drafting of Grounds of Resistance to append with the ET3 Form; and

  • Moral support - a kind ear from someone who has helped many other individuals go through a similar procedure.

When you are making your online booking, just provide the following information:

  1. Please tell us about your company;

  2. Please tell us what claim you are defending;

  3. Briefly tell us about the background to the claim;

  4. Please tell us when would you like your appointment;

  5. Please tell us what you would like help with; and

  6. Please indicate if there are documents you wish to upload and we will send you a secure upload link.
